The conference titled Discover Your Power! Understanding and Implementing Working Life. Labor Law and Rights was held.

The conference titled “Discover Your Power! Understanding and Implementing Working Life: Labor Law and Rights” held in our College conference hall on April 24, 2025 attracted great attention. Attorney Neslihan GÖK ACAR, who provided important information on labor law and employee rights, participated in the event as a speaker. The conference provided an important source of information for our students who have not yet started their careers, especially those working part-time and full-time. The event touched on critical issues such as labor law, employee rights, and employer responsibilities.
Among the prominent topics of the conference were:

* Leave Rights and Overtime Wages
* Dismissal Processes and Compensation Rights
* Union Rights and Collective Bargaining Agreements
* Legal Rights of Women and Youth in Business Life.
At the end of the event, our students, academic and administrative staff forwarded their questions to Attorney GÖK ACAR and received detailed information about labor law practices through real-life examples. Following the conference, our Vice President of the School, Dr. Lecturer Bekir TUNCER, presented a certificate of appreciation to Ms. Neslihan GÖK ACAR.
